Orders placed before 3 pm eastern time will normally be processed and shipped by the following business day. For orders received after 3 pm, they will generally be processed and shipped on the second business day. For example, if you place your order after 3 pm on Monday the order will ship on Wednesday. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday and all Holidays. Please allow additional processing time if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday. Once an order is processed, the speed of delivery will be determined as follows based on the shipping mode selected:

  • Standard Mail USPS (in transit 3-5 business days). 

  • If your order weight os over 2lb we will use Priority Mail USPS (1-3 business days).

  • The shipping cost charged at the checkout:

  •       For all orders up to $75 - $4,99

  •       For all orders $75+ - FREE shipping

  •     If an item is not available for immediate processing or will take extra time to prepare for shipping, this is generally indicated on the product page or will be indicated during the checkout process. A disclosure will appear stating that an item "Usually ships in XX days" or similar language. These items will ship using standard shipping.

     Large or heavy items may include an oversized handling fee. Total shipping fees are shown in your shopping cart. 


Note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military (APO, FPO, PSC) boxes. We deliver to 47 states (Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii not included).

   We will accept many merchandise returns in the original condition. Some exclusions apply. 

      Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective or there is a shipping error. 

      Items purchased at are eligible for a refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment. If you paid for your order through PayPal. you will receive a credit to your PayPal account. 

     We will not process returns postmarked 30 days after the order date. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the original product packaging, tickets attached and original packing slip. Returns will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

  • Please pack your item(s) in a secure package.

  • Affix the shipping label onto your return package.

  • Bring your package to any authorized USPS or UPS facility.

  • We suggest obtaining a printed confirmation letter for your records.

Note: All returns are at the buyer's cost. will refund your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 3 business days after receiving the item(s), however, the time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your credit card company or bank. Typically, a refund will appear on the client's bank account for up to 10 business days after the date of the refund.

   You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account.

    Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise noted on your packing slip.
