How do I place an order?

While shopping, just select your desired item, size and quantity then click “Add to Cart.” Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your "Shopping Cart.” If you decide that you don't want to buy a particular item, click the "remove" link underneath the item detail displayed on your "Shopping Cart" page. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your "Shopping Cart", simply click the "Checkout" button and proceed through the checkout process. You will be required to provide shipping, billing, and payment information.

Shortly after you’re done with the checkout, a confirmation will show up on your page with an order number. You will also receive a detailed email confirmation.

How do I know my order went through?

Once you click submit, you will be taken to the Order Confirmation Page featuring your order number. You will then receive an order confirmation email that details your purchase and also contains the order and tracking numbers.

To see your order status or tracking information, click "My Account" at the top of any page of the website. Log in with your email address and password. This will take you to the "My Account" page. Click the "Order History" tab which will list the orders you have placed.

What is your return policy?

We will accept many LetayStore.com merchandise returns in the original condition. Some exclusions apply.

We will not process returns postmarked 30 days after the order date. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the original product packaging, tickets attached and original packing slip. Returns will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged.

  • Please pack your item(s) in a secure carton.

  • Affix the shipping label onto your return package.

  • Bring your package to any authorized USPS or UPS facility.

  • We suggest keeping a confirmation letter for your records.

Note: The cost of return shipping is $4.99 and will be deducted from your refund.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

 

Why was my order canceled?
 

If your order, or part of your order, was canceled it is most likely due to an inventory discrepancy. Although we initially thought we had the items in stock, when we went to locate it, it was not available or it was not in a condition that was suitable to be shipped.

Orders are reviewed after they are submitted and can be canceled for loss prevention purposes including but not limited to, incorrect billing address or problems with the credit card number. You should contact your bank to resolve any issues.

Since we do not charge until the order ships you were not charged for any canceled items or orders.


What are your delivery options?

  • Shipping fees are calculated based upon the subtotal of the merchandise ordered. If your order is less than $75, the fee is $4.99 for standard ground shipping. If your order is $75 or more, you are entitled to free standard shipping. This threshold may change based on special promotions.
